Browsing for funding and tender opportunities has just become a lot easier!
Based on the feedback received, the EU Funding & Tenders Portal has been updated to cater to the needs of its various users, ranging from EU funding applicants, beneficiaries and tenders, to experts who want to support the evaluation of proposals or monitor projects.
One of the major changes to the portal is the separation of EU funding opportunities from procurement opportunities.
To access calls for proposals or calls for tenders, you can now use the Find calls for proposals and Find calls for tenders options on the landing page:
Alternatively, you can use the drop-down menus at the top of the page:
It is now also possible to view all key services from the landing page, be they calls for proposals or tenders, project results, calls for experts, news, or events. This eliminates the frustration of having to look through a number of different pages to get to the information you need.
The landing page now also includes a Highlights section which gives updates on what the European Commission is up to, such as the recent Research & Innovation Days.
Another addition to the portal is a newly integrated global search on the top right corner of the Portal which allows you to insert keywords to find what you are looking for and then generates results from all the categories of the portal. You can then filter the results according to what you are looking for.
Another exciting new feature!
Once you have logged into the portal, you will be able to receive personalised recommendations based on your affinities. This will enable you to find calls that are of interest to you without needing to go through the whole list.
