Barbara has proven success in starting up international in-house legal departments from scratch in 5 different companies (Manufacturing and SaaS), managing the legal budget efficiently, being a proactive and trusted business partner and offering sound legal advice in clear and universal terms. She is specialised in complex technology transfer transactions, licensing, intellectual property and international commercial contracts.
