By entering the AcrossLimits 25th Anniversary Competition, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

• • The competition runs from 5 June to 26 June 2026 at 17:00 CEST (both dates inclusive).
  • Entries must be submitted through the official competition webpage by completing the required submission form including photo upload, sentence submission and contact details.
  • Participants must follow AcrossLimits on both Facebook and Instagram to qualify.
  • Only complete entries meeting all stated requirements will be considered.
  • All participants must be aged over 18 to participate.

2. Consent to Communications

• • By participating, entrants agree to receive communications from AcrossLimits related to the competition, announcements, updates and relevant future communications.

3. Use of Submitted Content

• • By submitting an entry, participants grant AcrossLimits permission to share, publish and promote submitted photos and accompanying text across its social media platforms, website and related promotional channels for marketing and engagement purposes.
  • Participants confirm they have  legal right to submit/own the content provided.

4. Winner Selection

• • Prize allocation is not on a first come, first served basis.
  • Winners will be selected  according to competition criteria and judging process as determined by AcrossLimits.
  • AcrossLimits’ decision is final and irrevocable.

5. Prize Details

First Prize:

• • EUR 250 in flight vouchers purchased directly by AcrossLimits for the winner, These vouchers are to be purchased by 26 July 2026.
  • The winner will be offered a selection of eligible airlines to choose from.
  • The full prize value will be issued as voucher(s) for one selected airline only and the winner must adhere to the T&Cs of the voucher of the airline concerned.
  • AcrossLimits’ responsibility is limited solely to the purchase and provision of the flight voucher(s). Any and all other expenses are to be borne by the winner. Once flight voucher(s) have been issued to the winner, AcrossLimits accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, expired, damaged/corrupted, or unused vouchers, and they will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
  • The prize is as stated and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash or any other alternative will be given. 

Runner-Up Prize:

• • 90 minutes of free consultation with the AcrossLimits’ team on a mutually-agreed topic relevant to the runner-up’s needs, including but not limited to EU funding, business development, investor pitching, and technology development.
  • Consultation will be online only.
  • Consultation may be split into a maximum of two (2) sessions.
  • The prize is as stated and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash or any other alternative will be given. 

6. General

• • AcrossLimits reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries.
  • AcrossLimits reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary without notice.
  • Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Employees, former employees, contractors, direct associates, and immediate family members of AcrossLimits are not eligible to participate in the competition.
