Arnas has a multidisciplinary background spanning political science, finance, and communication. He holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of London and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering at VilniusTech.

He is a Senior Technical Writer and part of the leadership of the EU Funding and Proposals Department, working closely with the Proposal Manager. In this capacity, he co-leads the preparation of EU-funded project applications across Horizon Europe, EIC, and related innovation programmes.

His professional experience covers strategic communications and policy, with roles across the private sector and civil society. In parallel, Arnas has served as a project manager and communications officer for Maltese non-profits focused on reducing poverty and social exclusion among vulnerable youth and older people.

His current work focuses on European innovation and investment ecosystems, with particular interest in FinTech, emerging technologies, and citizen-centred digital and financial inclusion.
