Gordana Ivkovic is the Founder and CEO of 404 Founders, a cybersecurity practice specialising in offensive security, penetration testing, red-teaming, and AI/ML security testing, combined with EU cyber compliance work across NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the AI Act, and GDPR, in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Estonia. She delivers hands-on security testing and technical writing, including EU compliance research, threat intelligence content, and the EU Compliance Toolkit, a self-assessment tool for GDPR, NIS2, CRA, and AI Act readiness. She is a Women in AI Ambassador for Bosnia and Herzegovina, a Cybersecurity Mentor with the Women4Cyber Foundation, and founder of 404 Founders Academy, a free cybersecurity and AI security education platform. She is also a validation partner in an active Horizon Europe AI security consortium, contributing independent offensive-security testing and assurance evidence for AI systems.
