Project description: The ARCOE project is building a virtual innovation ecosystem hub to transform HR practices, support career development, and boost research collaboration across Europe. By assessing existing career frameworks and HR strategies in the Widening countries, the project will identify key areas for improvement and help 15 organisations work towards HRS4R certification. The Virtual Hub will serve as a central platform offering training, networking, and career services, with a focus on digital transformation, deep tech, and the Green Deal. It will also feature a Meet&Match system to connect academic and non-academic sectors, promoting collaboration and researcher mobility. 

Our role: Within the project, AcrossLimits contributes to a wide range of activities aimed at improving research career development and institutional excellence. This includes conducting comprehensive organisational assessments, mapping competencies, and identifying gaps in existing frameworks. AcrossLimits will support the development of tailored career services and training programmes, facilitate the HRS4R application process, and help ensure ongoing HR excellence.
