As Director of Operations, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of internal and external operations across all company Departments. Her priority is to ensure that, in all the company does, we remain true to our commitment to quality and European values.

She comes from an EU background, having a BA in European Studies and a Masters in European Public Affairs. She has been working within EU projects since she was a pro-EU youth activist in University, and she has a deep appreciation for the immensely positive impact that EU projects can have on individuals and communities. She particularly enjoys projects that have a people-centric aim, such as those focusing on gender equality and inclusion.

Rebecca is Maltese (as you can tell from her accent), but she takes full advantage of a virtual job and spends a lot of her time at airports. In between flights you’ll find her trying to make a dent in her constantly growing pile of books, listening to Taylor Swift, and doodling on anything within reach.
