With degrees from Brunel University and Sheffield Hallam University, she now leads partnership initiatives and delivers cutting-edge tech training across Europe through TrainingMalta. Passionate, curious, and always armed with her Kindle and a cup of coffee, Senfer’s vibrant energy is matched only by her deep commitment to collaboration and lifelong learning.

Senfer is our Head of Partnerships, with 20 years of experience in EU and USAID funded projects. Her diverse professional background includes training, teaching, coordinating, managing and ICT, and she has lived and worked in the UK and Cyprus throughout her life. Senfer’s academic foundation includes degrees from Brunel University and Sheffield Hallam University.

In her multifaceted role at AcrossLimits, Senfer not only leads the company’s partnership initiatives but also serves as a dedicated trainer through the TrainingMalta branch. She delivers courses on ICT, robotics, and coding, sharing her expertise with educators and professionals across Europe. Her passion for education is evident in her hands-on approach to training, where she integrates innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.

Senfer has been with AcrossLimits for four years, and her favourite phrase since day one has been ‘I found my people’ when she is talking about the team. She thrives in the positive and friendly environment that AcrossLimits offers, while enjoying great satisfaction from engaging with people from multinational companies, travelling to different locations to meet new people, and contributing to meaningful initiatives that have a tangible impact on communities.
Beyond the Desk: Hobbies and Passions
Senfer has various hobbies and interests that change in priority all the time. The one interest that never dims is her love of reading fantasy books, and she carries her kindle around as a socially acceptable safety blanket. In addition to books, she loves to make jewellery, knit and crochet, and has now ventured into learning how to make crochet earrings. She likes to garden and her favourite plants are bougainvillea flowers. She has so far acquired pink, white, yellow and pink/white versions, and is on the lookout for the perfect deep burgundy one to add to her collection.
A Glimpse Into Senfer’s World
Senfer has four dogs with very strong personalities. You will most likely hear one in the background in one of her meetings. Her son is instrumental in keeping her grounded, however buckets of coffee help, a lot. She will forever be a Pikachu fan and still plays Pokemon Go diligently.
