The Women TechEU Project

AcrossLimits is honoured to continue our vital role within the Women TechEU project as one of the Core Partners and the lead of the project’s communication and dissemination efforts. The project successfully invested €12 million in equity-free grants, supporting a total of 160 women-led deep tech companies to scale up their company.

With a deep commitment to nurturing European talent, our team also applies its expertise in business development and entrepreneurship to enrich the Women TechEU programme of Business Acceleration Services.

With all four calls successfully completed and all beneficiaries announced, our work is focused on amplifying the achievements of the selected winners while preparing for the final project event happening March 2026.

Our role centres on fostering a strong and connected community where women innovators are recognised, supported and celebrated. With the Women TechEU consortium, we are working to continue to ensure that the project’s impact, outcomes and lessons learned are effectively communicated and sustained in the long term.

Our Role in Women TechEU

As a core partner, AcrossLimits leads key tasks to ensure the project’s visibility, engagement and sustainability.

One of the main tasks we are responsible for is managing the project’s official social media channels, which together reach a combined 13.9K followers. A major focus on the current phase of the programme is the promotion of the winners following the closure of the 4th Call. This includes publishing success story newsletters, testimonial videos, and consistently highlighting the achievements and journeys of the programme’s beneficiaries. Our aim is to increase the visibility of the winners and widen their networking opportunities.

As well as managing the dissemination part of the project, AcrossLimits also handles the project’s Helpdesk, acting as a central point of contact for applicants, beneficiaries and stakeholders. This involves responding to enquiries, providing guidance and ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated. The Helpdesk plays a critical role in ensuring information is accessible and providing guidance for the programme.

Design and visuals are part of our work for Work Package 4 – Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation. We design and produce a wide range of visual and promotional materials for the project, including communication kits and event-related material. This includes print materials such as brochures, pins, roll ups, certificates, business cards and invitations. All materials are developed to ensure consistent visual identity and strong recognisable branding of the project across platforms. In addition to promoting the project, we were responsible for drafting analytical articles presenting the winner statistics and application statistics for each call. These articles were made available through European Commission communication channels, published by European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), contributing to transparency, and wider dissemination of project results.

Moreover, AcrossLimits is leading the work on the project’s Exploitation and Sustainability Plan, ensuring the results extend beyond the project’s lifetime.

Winner’s and Badge of Honour’s Published on the DataHub

AcrossLimits designed, developed, and manages the Women TechEU DataHub, which  functions as the central public space presenting all programme winners and Badge of Honour recipients. The DataHub provides visibility, dissemination and access to project results.
