Dr. Pekka Kess has an international, academic career in the area of Industrial Management, and specializes in Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and eLearning. Before becoming an academic, Dr.Kess gained invaluable experience by working as a manager in chemical, steel, electronic, and software industries. During his 25 years as a professor, he has supervised more than 30 doctoral students, and 300 graduate students.
